In this video we look at how to de-register and then factory reset a 2nd Generation Amazon Echo Plus. Please note that in order to complete this procedure, your 2nd generation Echo Plus needs to be connected to the internet. This is so that it can automatically de-register your Amazon account from the device.
The instructions in this video presume that the Echo Plus is connected to the same wireless access point that you used to initially set up the device.
