In this video we look at how you factory reset a Synology router. The process described in this video applies to both the RT1900ac and the RT2600ac models of routers.
Please note that factory resetting the router will delete all settings and apps on the router. After performing a factory reset you will need to reconfigure your router in order to restore an internet connection and WiFi.
