How to enter Recovery Mode on Nintendo Switch

• Power down your Nintendo Switch.
• This is done by pressing and holding down the power button for 5 seconds, to display the power menu.
• From the menu, choose Power Options – Power Off.
• With the console powered down. Press and hold down both volume buttons.
• Now press the power button to start the console. But be sure to continue to keep the volume buttons pressed down.
• Only release your finger from the volume buttons when your console has entered recovery mode.
• In the recovery mode menu, choose Restore Factory settings.
